Privacy policy

Aplombconseil takes the protection of personal information seriously. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit aplombconseil.ca, how it is used, and what your rights are.

1. Who we are

Aplombconseil — process improvement consulting, Quebec, Canada.
Email: info@aplombconseil.ca
Phone: +1 514 431 7410

2. Information we collect

This is a brochure site. It contains no forms and does not ask you to create an account. We therefore collect no personal information directly through the site.

If you choose to contact us through the links provided, we receive the information you send us voluntarily: your email address or phone number, along with the content of your message.

3. Technical data and hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical data required to deliver and secure the site, including IP address, browser type and request timestamps. This data serves to keep the site working and secure, not to identify you for commercial purposes.

4. External fonts

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When a page is displayed, your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which may transmit your IP address to Google. This request is necessary only for typography.

5. Cookies and audience measurement

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly technical cookies for security purposes.

We measure site traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics. This tool works without cookies: it stores nothing on your device, creates no advertising identifier and cannot follow you from one site to another. It produces aggregate statistics — number of visits, pages viewed, referral source, device type, load times — and never builds an individual profile. This data is processed by Cloudflare and is not combined with any other source. The measurement script is loaded from Cloudflare's servers (static.cloudflareinsights.com), which transmits your IP address to Cloudflare.

6. Use and retention

Information you send us by email is used only to answer your request and, where applicable, to follow up on an engagement. It is kept for as long as necessary for those purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

7. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. It is not shared with any third party for commercial purposes. Only the technical providers mentioned above (hosting, fonts, audience measurement) process data as part of delivering the site.

8. Your rights

Under applicable Quebec privacy legislation, you may request access to the information we hold about you, its correction, or the withdrawal of your consent. To exercise these rights, write to info@aplombconseil.ca.

9. Privacy officer

Any question or complaint regarding the protection of personal information may be addressed to info@aplombconseil.ca.

10. Changes

This policy may be amended to reflect changes to the site or to legal requirements. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
